1. Are OERIGIN jerseys returnable?

Because every jersey is cut, sewn, and sublimated on demand,, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering. 

2. What if I ordered the wrong size?

We recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort and style.

3. What if my jersey arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will replace it free of charge if there is a defect or if we made an error. Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@oerigin.com with photos of the issue.

4. Can I Change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are only offered if the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Why are custom jerseys non‑refundable?

Each jersey is cut, sewn, and sublimated specifically for your order. It cannot be resold or reused.

7. How long does shipping take?

All items are made‑to‑order. Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

Typical timelines:

  • US: 5–13 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • EU: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Production usually takes 1–5 business days depending on the item.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.

9. Will my order arrive in one package?

If your order includes items produced at different facilities, they may ship separately at no extra cost.

10. How do i track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

11. Do i need an account to place an order?

No — accounts are optional. Creating an account allows you to view order history and manage your information, but it is not required.
