At OERIGIN, every product is made‑to‑order. This ensures premium quality, reduced waste, and a more sustainable production process. Because items are produced after your order is placed, delivery times include both production time and shipping time.
1. Production Time
Production time is the period required to create your item before it ships.
Typical production times:
- Apparel: 1–5 business days
- Jerseys / Cut‑and‑Sew: 1–5 business days
- Accessories: 1–4 business days
Production times may vary during peak seasons or high‑volume periods. Specialty items (such as jerseys or cut‑and‑sew pieces) may require additional production time.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time begins once your order has finished production.
Estimated shipping windows:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 3–8 business days
- European Union: 3–8 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
These are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and carriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to peak season, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
3. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Most orders arrive within:
- US: 5–13 business days
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- EU: 5–15 business days
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and carrier availability.
5. Split Shipments
If your order contains items fulfilled by different production partners, they may ship separately at no additional cost.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States
No additional duties or import taxes apply.
Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST/HST, duties, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union
EU orders are fulfilled within the EU whenever possible, minimizing or eliminating import duties. VAT is handled by our fulfillment partners.
Rest of World
International orders may incur customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. OERIGIN is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@oerigin.com and we may assist where possible.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items are made‑to‑order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun, generally within 2 hours of your order.
