We create each OERIGIN piece on demand, just for you. Every jersey is cut, sewn, and sublimated on demand — crafted specifically for you the moment your order is placed. This made‑to‑order process ensures premium quality, zero waste, and a piece created uniquely for you. Because our products are made‑to‑order, we do not hold inventory and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for issues related to size, fit, or buyer’s remorse.
Non‑Returnable/refundable Items
Because each item is custom‑made, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Preference‑based reasons
- Items returned without prior approval
Once production begins, the jersey cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed — it is uniquely made for your order.
Choosing Your Size:
We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size — jerseys are often worn with a relaxed fit and sizing up is usually more comfortable and stylish.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
Eligible Returns:
We Always Make It Right. Your experience matters deeply to us. We will make it right immediately and replace your jersey if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The print or stitching is defective
- You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
Starting a return:
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements. Email us anytime at info@oerigin.com.
Return Shipping:
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back free of charge. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
